1. Description of Service

Screenshots.AI is a desktop productivity application that helps you organize, search, and manage your screenshots using artificial intelligence. The application processes your screenshots locally on your device and uses cloud-based AI services to analyze and categorize your content.

2. Account Registration

To use Screenshots.AI, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription and Payments

Screenshots.AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited monthly screenshot processing quota
• Pro Tier: Expanded quotas and additional features, billed monthly or annually

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent usage limits or quotas
• Use the Service to process content that violates third-party rights

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all screenshots and content you process through Screenshots.AI. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

Your screenshots are processed locally on your device. When using AI features, screenshot data may be temporarily transmitted to our AI service providers for analysis, but is not permanently stored on our servers.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

Screenshots.AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by General AI, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERAL AI, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
